Amadou & Mariam’s current album, Welcome to Mali, has received praise from the NY Times, TIME, the Wall Street Journal, USA Today, Rolling Stone, Billboard, FADER and has garnered fans from Kanye West, Talib Kweli, Danger Mouse, and Mark Ronson.
The album also features a song with rapper K’Naan entitled “Africa.”
The duo will open for Coldplay during the July leg of their U.S. Tour. Amadou & Mariam will also appear on NBC’s “Late Night with Jimmy Fallon” on
