So what exactly is the protocol when there are two emergency vehicles on the road? Apparently, in this state trooper's mind squad cars are dominant over all. He is now under investigation for this footage of him stopping an ambulance. Not only was a patient in the back of the ambulance, but his attitude is just way out of control. I'm starting to think police officers need to be required to have sensitivity training so they can do their job which is to protect and serve; not abuse and belittle.

Oprah revealed on her show that 70% of Black Women are single and I'm not suprised at all. I've been single for a minute now for my own reasons. Oprah asked the guest on her show why do they think this is. I wasn't availible :)but I think there is a shortage of GOOD Black men or men period no matter what color. A lot of men are afraid of commitment because they have so many options. To be honest a lot of women like groupies, gold diggers, sluts make it too easy and men dont have to commit or thier cheating ways are accepted. So what's A black woman supposed to do? I was told yesterday Lauren London was at lost for words today after finding out that her baby daddy was expecting another child yesterday. Lauren who is almost 6 months pregnant didn't know anything about Nivea pregnancy, and found out online and was outraged. Like every other star these days, she took to her Twitter page to express how she felt. But after speaking to a family friend left the topic alone.

She then decided to spend the day with her family and close friends. Lauren told her friends that she is worried if her career is over as a result of these issues. As we all know Lauren is on the pinnacle of Black Hollywood as the face of Sean John and reoccurring role in the remake of Beverly Hills 90210 on the CW. A reliable source stated that Wayne doesn't want anything to do with Lauren.

Today Nivea called Ryan Cameron’s and confirmed that she is indeed pregnant with a boy. In fact, both of them are pregnant with Wayne’s sons. This is a really bad situation, considering that she is knocked up and the baby daddy is in love with someone else.
Lauren London can have any man in the world but she chooses to get with an engaged man… Is the recession effecting men too!!!! This makes Wayne about 4 babies up and 4 baby mamas down. I guess it is true about Wayne ” He can f*&^k any girl in this world”.
Sidenote… I really like Lauren London, she is such a sweet and caring person. I hate to see this happen to her. I hope this is an eye opener and she’ll come back from this stronger than ever.

Remy Ma Letter From Jail

I always find myself thinking about what I was doing a year ago, two years ago, five years ago today. I never remember exactly where till I find myself imagining where I would be today. I rarely listen to the radio because it’s sort of depressing. Not being able to record is stressful not because I’m a rapper but because that was my way of venting and expressing myself. So I write a lot! So much that now I have a callous on my finger from holding a pen. I guess I got used to texting my rhymes!

I get a lot of fan mail and everyone asks me how I’m doing? I say fine, the way I see it I never imagined making it this far with my sanity. Not being able to go somewhere when you want, see your family when you want (on many occasions when you need to), can't use the phone, take a shower, wear clothes, or even eat when you want - super aggravating. Whenever, which is almost everyday I get visits, a lot of kids ask for autographs. It’s something that I used to do almost everyday but now it actually feels weird, I really feel like an inmate.And as much as I hate to admit it, I really am an inmate. I mean, it kind of grows on you when certain people go out of there way to make you feel like that. They have this program called YAP (Youth Assistance Program) they keep asking me to join. It’s a program that brings inner city kids to the prison to show them what it’s like to be incarcerated. I hear that every group asks about me but I’m a little hesitant to join. They think it will give the kids a reality check that this can happen to anyone. I however feel that it’ll be more of the kids wanting to see Remy Ma the rapper and because of that they won't get that I'm actually in jail. So I'm still contemplating. If I figure out a way for them to actually get it, that this is really not a place you would ever want to be whether for 8 years, 8 months, or 8 minutes then I’ll do it. Everyone in prison isn't innocent but everyone in prison isn't guilty. So whether you end up here on purpose or by accident, the pain you’re feeling is still the same. And I can quote a lot "gangsters” by saying that “I wouldn't wish this on my worst enemy…”

ORLANDO – This NBA championship run for the Los Angeles Lakers didn't start when they opened training camp back in October. It started a year ago with the embarrassment of a 39-point, Finals-ending loss in Boston when they trudged off the famed parquet floor while being taunted by Celtics fans.

From the depths of that humiliating defeat came the single-minded determination to make things right.The Lakers culminated that quest Sunday night in Orlando when they pummeled the Magic, 99-86, to capture the 15th title in franchise history, winning the series 4-1.

The Lakers, who won 65 games during the regular season, used the Magic like they were movie extras, just there to help with the rightful coronation. They beat the Utah Jazz, Houston Rockets and Denver Nuggets on their way to this final stop.They crushed the Magic in Game 1, much like they crushed them in Game 5. There were three close games in the middle, but rarely did this title run ever seem in doubt."We used last season's finish as motivation. For the Magic, it was a cruel ending to their finest season in history. Although they fought through the middle three games of these Finals, they stopped playing long before the last one was over, giving up to the strength of the Lakers, on their home court.It was never close in the second half. Magic center Dwight Howard left with his fifth foul late in the third period, but the Magic already were beaten. He returned in the fourth, but he didn't change a thing. He finished with just 11 points, 10 rebounds and three blocked shots.

This mess was brought to my attention by Teyana Taylor when I was watching her ustream channel and it was just too funny to me. She recorded a video spoof of Spectacular from Pretty Ricky dancing around in his room (probably @ his mama house). I was LMFAO as soon as I saw him step back from the computer with those red bikini briefs AKA 'tighty whiteys' (only they aren't white in this case) I was wondering why he kept saying something about some dude named 'Lingerie' singing on the track because #1 His name shouldn't be Lingerie if he a dude (only girls wear lingerie) and #2 It made wonder about what went on during that studio session??? It's looking a little suspect to me and pretty much everyone that has seen it already. Is he trying to come out on the slick or just being an attention whore?hmmmm.....
