This post is definitely for you guys! I am a Sprint gal myself and have been since I got my first cell freshman year in college. Did I just tell my age? ;) Back in the day when I was in high school, we got suspended for having cell phones and dare I say it………beepers. Anyhoo, this new iPhone is sweet! I may just get one as my second phone since I’m soo important and need one phone for business and one for pleasure. So far I see the iPhone has one up on the Palm Pre (that I’m getting as soon as they get in stock. Please spare me the suspense already I know they have some hidden in the back) Here’s the lowdown on the features of the sleek new iPhone 3G S:
So you can surf the web from practically anywhere and share the 3G connection on your iPhone with your Mac notebook or PC laptop. It’s a Phone, iPod, and Internet device in one and the iPhone 3G S offers desktop-class email, an amazing Maps application, and Safari. The iPhone can do even more when you add apps from the App Store. If you are a web junkie like me you’ll be glad to know that you can watch YouTube videos wherever you are and log in to your YouTube account to save, sync bookmarks, and rate your favorites. The new Voice Memos application lets you capture and share a thought, a memo, a meeting, or any audio recording on the go. The new iPhone includes built-in Nike + iPod support. Just slip the Nike + iPod Sensor (sold separately) into your Nike+ shoe and start your workout. You can also cut, copy, and paste words and photos between applications as well as copy and paste images and content from the web too. With a built-in digital compass, the iPhone 3G S can point u in the right direction. Use the new Compass app, or watch as it automatically reorients maps to match the direction you’re facing.
